01 About me
After my master's degree in 1993 at the Universities of Trier and Karlsruhe in the main subjects of Art History and German Literary Studies, I worked in various professional fields. The focus of my freelance work until 2005 was the conception of digital communication for a wide range of customers, including international communications agencies. Since 2006 I have been concentrating on the curatorial field, especially in Contemporary Art, Public Art, Site Specific Art and Art History of the 19th Century
I worked with museums, galleries, foundations, publishers and artists for more than 15 years. Several years at a large, municipal cultural administration and as a chief curator for contemporary art complete my portfolio.
I value continuous education through regular participation in professional specialist training.
Since 2010 I have reduced my workload to a part time level, sharing my experience with selected clients and friends in a private and personal setting.
I am based in the South of Bavaria at Lake "Ammersee" &
Costa Verde Minho Region North of Portugal.
